Despite this flooded road in Suffolk, and a stranded car to boot, our team of Tree Surgeons were able to wade in (literally) to clear a fallen tree blocking the road. Tree Surgery is dangerous at the best of times, but we were able to cut the tree loose and tow it to dry land with our tractor to allow our skilled Tree Surgeons to dismantle it safely (and without getting wet – apart from the rain that is!). All waste was removed and one of the neighbours wanted the logs, so we cut the larger trunks and branches to 12 inches in length and carted and stacked them for them! We did get a nice warming cup of tea and bacon butty for our labours though! A hard day, but a fun day – we love challenging jobs that test our skills.
